County of Montgomery. To any person authorized by law to solemnize marriage. Greeting: You are hereby commanded to celebrate the Rite and publish the Bans of Matrimony between Mr Mitchel Reed of Rover in the County of Yell and State of Arkansas aged Fifty Six years and Mrs Lou Cook of Stony in the County of Montgomery and State of Arkansas aged Thirty Six years according to law; and do you officially sign & return the License to the parties there in named.
