I Nathan A Morgan an acting and duly commissioned Justice of the Peace in and for the County of Montgomery and State of Arkansas do hereby certify that on the 21st day of March 1867 at the County of Montgomery and State of Arkansas. I did duly join in marriage Mitchell Reed of Montgomery County Arkansas aged 28 years and Rebecca Mitchell of Montgomery County Arkansas aged 22 years and then and there declared them to be Husband and Wife.
