    "It appearing in the Court that there are minor children of the said W J Green to wit Allas Green Robert Green and Chaisvers Greene and that they have no legal Guardian to represent them in this application and that no one upon whom notice of this applicative can be had It is therefore ordered by the Court that John Green of said county be and he is hereby appointed Guardian [] [] for said minor children and that he and said minors be served with a notice of this application [] before the hearing of this motion for the appointment of commission to buy off said Dower open court August term 1873."
