      LAND: Brumbaugh Genealogy pg 638 Indenture 30 Aug 1815 between John Brumbaugh of Woodbury TWP, Bedford,PA and Christina his wife to George Brumbaugh of Woodbury Twp, Huntingdon, PA for $3000 for "half part of a grist mill lately erected and build on the said George Brumbaugh's land on the waters of Clover Creek, situate in Woodbury Twp, Huntington, PA at common costs and expenses of
      said John and George Brumbaugh and held by them as joint tenants in partnership together with all and singular the stones, geers and other apparatus to said mill..as also the dam up to the line between John Brumbaugh and Danial Rhode & 1 rod or perch of ground each side of dam on John Brumbaugh's land, for road... left for free passage forever. (Deed BK K pg 151 Bedford Co PA, property owned by Henry Dilling Brumbaugh (E183).
      1815: On the same day as above John and Christina deeded land to George Brumbaugh for $500 for part of large tract of land adjoining on the north Henry Wissard's on the south Geroge Brumbaugh's, and on the north again "John Metzgers Divisions", & on the east "Sussey's Mtn"; containing 81 acres.       HIST,DTH: Brumbaugh Genealogy pg 641 shows that the family moved in 1818 to Miami Co, Ohio where John died at Bradford 31 Oct 1849, aged 77-11-19; Christina died 31 Aug 1826 aged 61-3-6. John was a farmer, miller and minister in German Baptist Bretheren Church. (Dr John B...Ballinger (E1859-i) has facts on these famiies. Listed on pg 641 are 9 children of John and Christina.
