"A document dated 1754 (the ‘file’ as said by Leoplodo 'Polo' Bouttier) about land in Rosario that is provided to Marta Rendon by her father (Don Domingo Rendon), who served the King with 110 pieces of gold for the Royal Ark Navy of The New Spain Coast. Pirate sailors who were English, French and Dutch would attack ‘The New Spain’ known to us today as Mexico, because of the richness due to gold and silver. The pirates would also take people as slaves to sell in Turkey. The King of Spain ordered to create a navy to protect against pirates. Don Domingo Rendon, received land in return for the 110 pieces in gold paid to the Royal Ark Navy of the ‘New Spain Coast which money was paid to help build the Navy)"
