      Phoebe had another child by her first husband, Charles Ralston, named Charlesene. According to her obituary she was born 4 June 1915 at Doe Hill, Virginia and died 10 April 2001 at the Augusta Medical Center in Fishersvillle, Augusta, Virginia.
