The conclusion statement was: "We must therefore conclude that Arthur Howell's last wife was Hannah Osborn; and Bazaleel did have a sister Hannah Osborn, born at Braintree, Mass., 24 Aug. 1646, who was over 18 when the first Howell child was born. She was his third wife and the mother of the eight recorded children.
