Francisca "Panchita Sibrian Aragon was born at the "Hacienda de San Rafael" near Rosario, Mexico. This information was provided by the grand-daughter Ernestina Sibrian in June 2014.
In the marriage record it states that the parents of Fransisca Cibrian 'Juan Jose Cibrian and Paula Aragon' were deceased. Also deceased were the parents of Leopoldo Bouttier 'Leopoldo Bouttier and Ygnacia Fletes.'

Rafael Bouttier said that the place where Leonardo and his daughter Ernestina and Francisca "Pacheta" Sibrian were all born was called ‘Hacienda de San Rafael’ or also known as 'El Rancho Maniscal' which is east of El Rosario about 1-2 miles.

07222018 Additional information regarding Leopoldo, his brother Carlos "Charles" and their mother Juana and father Juan Baptiste Bouttier; it may be that Juan Baptiste Bouttier knew Ygnacio Fletes from Tepic, Nayarit where there were plans to build a textile factory in Tepic, Nayarit and if Juan traveled to Mexico, he may have met Juana and then Juana my have traveled to France where Leopoldo and Carlos "Charles" Bouttier were born. Later Ygnacio Fletes met with Leopoldo and Carlos who helped with the operation of the textile factory near Tepic, Nayarit, Mexico. Leopoldo Bouttier married one of Ygnacio Fletes daugthers. Carlos Bouttier married a lady that worked at the textile plant in Tepic, Nayarit.

07162019 In the "Chronicles of a Life" 2 September 2009 it mentions that "Leopoldo Bouttier who was an employee of Ignacio Fletes and who, of course, fled to Belgium along with his brother Carlos for not agreeing with the republic and on his return brought machinery, textiles and Belgium technicians to set up an industry in Tepic."

10.14.2021 In the death record of Ygnacia Cibrian Garcia, whose parents are Joseph Maria Leonardo de la Trinidad Cibrian de la Riva y Rada and Maria Francisca Garcia, it mentions Leopoldo Bouttier from "Havre" who advised the local civil office of the death of Ygnacia Cibrina Garcia. Leopoldo Bouttier signed the death record. Polo believes the person who signed it was his son "Leopoldo Jose Numa Bouttier Fletes."

Maria's ancestors arrived in 1660 to El Rosario; "Jerónimo Gaxiola, one of the founders of the Real de Minas de Nuestra Señora del Rosario and who in turn was a descendant of the captain of the royal armies, Don Marco Gaxiola y Torres, husband of Mrs. Juana Martínez de Silva and that in 1738 she had lost what would be the hacienda the Palmito del Verde estate and that later Don Ignacio Fletes would acquire to recover it and handed it to his wife) the case is that the person in question married in the house of the parents of his beloved: Don Ramón Santana Núñez and Doña María de los Dolores Gaxiola, here in the Rosario, it is said that it was one of the few two-story houses that existed at that time, if not a of the s four at the most, because the written history makes remembrance of that union and mentions verbatim that “the wedding took place in the high house”, unless it has referred to a room located in some hill of which here they are so common, due to the location of this former mineral, his important godfather was Don Mariano de Urrea, who at that time held the position of no less than mayor of Sonora and Sinaloa. In her marriage to Mrs. María de Jesús Núñez y Gaxiola, she had four daughters, the first María Ana Eulalia who was born in 1814 in the asylum city of the Rosary and was baptized by the priest of Riva and Rada, (who was also a senior inquisitor in the provinces of Sonora and Sinaloa) and that he had no offspring - such Maria Ana-. The fourth daughter was Doña María de Jesús who married in Tepic, with an employee of her father also her name was Don Antonio Gadea y Morot, who in the future would inherit the hacienda of San José and be decorated by Don Benito Juárez to form a army during the French intervention and making itself available to Don Antonio Rosales.
