1768 Probate Inquiry of Joseph Young for William Young's Estate

Joseph Young was appealing to the court for the settlement of the estate of his father, William Young. The estate had been unsettled for almost 21 years. The executor, Revd Samuel Barret, had been cited before the court 3 times but had not yet settled the estate.
