Tract: land Richard Fox bequeathed to his son, Isham, who died without heirs

Note: In Richard Fox's will, he stipulated that if any of his children should die, what he bequeathed to them would be divided among his remaining heirs. Isham died and so the land he inherited was split among his siblings. His siblings sold this property.
