Land: a tenement and lot of ground on the south side of Vine street between fifth and sixth streets from the river Delaware. East to west: 20 feet. North to south: 95 feet. Bounded eastward by ground of Christopher Hood. Bounded southward by a 13 feet-wide alley extending into sixth street. Bounded westward by ground of John Lefevre. Bounded northward by Vine street.
Yearly rent: 21 Spanish milled pieces or 8.30 dollars plus 6 grams of fine coined silver unto Abel James and his heirs
