1801 Orphan Court for Philip Ohler (2)

To John Brown, Samuel McFerren, Michael Baker Andrew Thatcher, John Waggoner, John Binder and Daniel Miller ------------------- Greeting
Whereas at an Orphans Court held in [fold] for the City and County of Philadelphia on Friday the twentieth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and one,. The Petition of Jacob Landlayer and Hannah his wife, one of the Daughters of Philip Ohler decreased was presented and read setting forth.
That the said Philip Ohler the Father of the said Susannah died Intestate leaving a widow and the following children besides the said petitioner Susannah Landlayer, to wit a son named Philip are the following GrandChildren, Henry Spayd, John Spayd, and Susannah Spayd, children of Mary Spayd another daughter of the said deceased, who had nitermarried with Spayd – That the said Philip Ohler at the time of his death was {sured} of the following described Estate situate in the City of Philadelphia, viz. Item messuager of Tenements, and lot or piece of ground on the Southside of Vine Street between Delaware fifth and Sixth Street in the City of Philadelphia containing in breath East and West twenty feet, and in length ninety five feet, bounded Eastward by ground late of Christopher Hood, Southward by a thirteen feet wide alley intending unto Sixth Street Westward of ground late of John Lefevre, and northward by vine Street aforesaid. _ Wherefore the Petitioners prayed the Court to award an Inquest directed to you several persons herein before named, You being chosen by and with the consent of all the partners interested in the premises, to view the said Land and premises and to make partition thereof among the said widow children and grand children, aqreeably to an[fold] of anemsbly in such case made and provided.
