Deed Partition by J E Green, Gabriel Green, Chievevas Green, John C Green, and Mildred and R E Green.

Land: lot 252 and 42 acres off the West half of lot 251 in the 28th District and 3rd section of originally Cherokee now Catousa County.

Part of the lands part of their inheritance from the estate of their father, W J Green.

J E Green and Gabriel Green purchased 2/9 interest in the land from their sisters Emily Davis (wife of Isaac Davis) and Elizabeth Smith (wife of John N Smith).
