1801 Orphan Court for Philip Ohler (3)

The same can be done without prejudice to or spoiling the whole, if not make a valuation thereof.
Thereupon the Court upon due consideration do award an Inquest directed to You the several persons here in before named agreeably to the prayer of the said Petitioners, to make partition of the Real Estate hereinbefore described, having due respect to the Quantity and quality of the said premeses, provided the same can be soparted and divided without prejudice to and spoiling the whole, otherwise to value the same, and that such partition or valuation so by You distinctly and openly made, You have before our Justices of the Orphans Court for the City and County aforesaid at the next orphans court to be holden in and for the said City and County to wit on the twentieth day of March now just ensuing, under Your respective hands and seals, and have you then there this wist.
In Testimony whereof Witness John D Core Esquire at Philadelphia the twentieth day of February One Thousand Eight hundred and one.

We The Subscribers appointed by the Honorable Court to Devide the property – therein Mentioned and find we Can Not- devide the same without Spoiling the whole We- therefore on Mature Examination do Value the property at – One- Thousand Pounds as witness our hand the 11th day of June 1801
