He was in Waynesville MO at the time of death as the manager for Western Union. 1934 married OPAL GREGORY. A daughter ALBERTA LEE survives with his mother Mrs JOHN McLELLAN of Dawn MO, and a brother EARL PETERS. Burial Hoover Cem.
