      Services of Ida E. Daffenberg, 84, of North Aurora, formerly of St. Charl es, she died Tues. May 5, 1998, at Delnor Community Hospital, Geneva. Bur ial will be in North Cemetery, St. Charles. Before her retirement, Mrs. D affenberg was an employee of DuKane Corp in St. Charles for more than 3 0 years. she was also a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church of A urora. survivors include her daughters, Carol (Larry) Miller of North Aur ora and Linda Sue (Ray Rosenbach)Daffenberg of Crystal Lake; sons, Gary ( Barb) Daffenberg of Las Vegas, Nev. and William (Kathy) Daffenberg of Map le Park, Ill grandchildren, Steven Miller of Aurora, Bret (Julie) Daffenb erg of Somonauk, Ill., and Matthew and Michael Daffenberg, both of Mapl e Park, sister, Ruth (Thomas) Cooper of Green Bay, wis., brother Leonar d (Sandra) Pearson of Racine, Wis., and several nieces and nephews. She w as preceded in death by her husband, Hallie Daffenberg, grandson Scott Da ffenberg, five brothers and three sisters.
