It was stated that Ezekiel Gavit, Amey Babcock widow of Isaac Babcock late of Groton [CT?] dec the said Amey now living in a distant country, and William Gavit who resides in Ohio are the sole heirs of the estate of George Gavit dec. Rhoda late widow of George Gavit dec later became the wife of Nathan Pendleton."
