Obituary of Children, died of diptheria, 5 Jul 1877 at Colfax, W.T. (Washington Territory) four angel spirits gone to join the happy land above. Jackson and Mrs Eads now mourn the loss of their four dear children, within the space of 8 days, and with the one that passed on before sometime previous to the four last, now making five dear ones to beckon the fond parents onward to the home above.....The two eldest, 12 to 10,....and the two youngest, 8 and 6, leave their fond parents, the mother lying sick but her recovery is thought to be quite probable; her mental grief is greater than bodily sorrow.
Farewell ELLEN, ISSADORA, ORE, WALTER,MILFRED, until we meet again....
