This document states James Chappelear..."I devise and bequeath as follows, Item: I give and bequeath to my four daughters residing in the State of Virginia Mary Harrison, Rebecca Dent, Cassandra Riley and Ann Chappelear, One Hundred dollars each, to be paid to them by my Executors out of money which.....and bequeath to my two grandsons Henry Chappelear and George Chappelear, and to my two granddaughters Rebeckah Chappelear and Elizabeth Chappelear..." These 4 grandchildren mentioned appear to be the children of Benjamin Chappelear. Also mentioned is grandson Thomas Edwards.
