[S107] Mrs. Isaac Root Passes Away. Mrs. Isaac Root passed away at the hospital Tuesday night, Nov. 12, 1935 . She went to Flora with friends Saturday and was in normal health. On he r return that night she was taken ill adn she became unconcious Monday an d was taken to the hospital. For some years she had been suffering fro m heart trouble and from a stomach disorder. Addie Elizabeth Cole was bo rn March 15, 1883 in Phillips Co., Kansas and came to northwest with he r parents when she was a small child. Survived by her husband, her father , John W. Cole and one brother ML Cole of Flora. Married Isaac Root at Le wiston, ID. (Wallowa Oregon Sun lists date of marriage as 3 Apr 1905. fro m husbands obit)
