    At the death of Ziba, Mary requests that her children Shebna, Jane, Zeniah, Ishmael, and Ziba be given guardianship by Samuel Starr. No relationship is stated with Samuel but at his death in 1829, they are his heirs.
    Shebna has died by this time and his share was to be split with his brothers and sisters.
