      Note in the left hand margin reads: "The written concent of B.F. Riley, father of Joseph H. Riley to the marriage of his said son and Margaret M. Dunlap, and also the written consent of James Dunlap, father of Margaret M. Dunlap, to the marriage of his sad daughter and Joseph H Riley an now Nov. 14th 1893, exhibited into this office and filed.

      The two appeared before a Justice of the Peace on November 13, 1893 and the application for the license was on November 14, 1893.

      Joseph H. Riley, 20, was born in Cecil County, Maryland and resides at Collins, Pa. His occupation is a blacksmith and has never been married.

      Margaret M. Dunlap, 18 was born in Colerain Township and resides there also. She has never been married.

      They are not related either by blood or marriage.

      The said Justice certifies that the above was duly affirmed the 13th day of November 1893 before R. C. Collins, J.P.

      The license was granted on the 14th of November 1893.
