WILL: Cole County MO Wills, Film #981822, pg 38: I, Julia Walther of Jefferson City, County of Cole and State of Missouri, being of sound mind and memory do make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament towit: First: All my just debts and funeral expenses shall be first paid. Second: I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, all my personal perperty to my two sons, John Walther and Frank Walther and my deceased daughter Catherina's children, to the two girls Louisa Julia Niederwiemmer and Frances Catherana Niederwiemmer, nee Walther, I give $5.00 five dollars each.
